Scope of Works​

​

-   Demolition of all loadbearing walls throughout the property

-   Lowering of the existing lower ground floor by underpinning the perimeter of the property installing new below slab drainage, forming 4m deep retaining walls to the front and rear of the property

-   Installation of metal deck com floors to the ground floor and RC slabs to front and rear external areas

-   Installation of steels through out the building with extensive temporary works throughout
